Reflective Discovery has been developed and refined over four years by Felix Müller and Ragna Kirberg in parallel to their working at Henley Business School. The Discovering Myself and Personal Spaces are part of the Henley Executive MBA in Munich and the Leadership Space will also be integrated in this leading Executive MBA programme as of Fall 2018.
Felix Müller, born in 1966, combines more than twenty years experience as leader in international organisations with a deep interest for the inner workings of people. Through questioning and his scientific background he allows for new perspectives on a known situation, which create something completely new. He does this both in individual coaching sessions as well as Reflective Discovery spaces.
Felix Müller studied business at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in the US. He gathered his coaching knowledge and skills in the three-year psychology-based MSc in Coaching & Behavioural Change at Henley Business School in the UK. He ís also a Certified Practitioner for the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
He benefits from more than twenty years of leadership experience in German, Swiss, French, US and British organisations, more than ten of them as Managing Director. In parallel to working as Executive Coach, he is as Managing Director responsible for the the German subsidiary of the renowned British Henley Business School.
His coaching and reflective work is based on a combination of client-centered, cognitive behavioural, Gestalt and psychodynamic approaches as well as current thinking in neurosciences.
For more than six years Felix Müller has been coaching leaders in middle to high positions up to C-level in German and English.
